Best Hits of December

Here are the hits of the month from the NHL.
Personally I think the neil hit was the best.
Apparently he is the NHL hit leader.
Too bad that Yahoo doesn't have that category in fantasy hockey.

Hit of the Week

Here is the hit by Willie Mitchell on Johan Franzen that has Bob McKenzie in a tizzy.
It is a hard hit but that's what hockey is all about, hitting hard.

Hit of the Week

I was looking for the Phaneuf hit on Getzlaf but it isn't up anywhere yet.
Anyway, here is a clip of Phaneuf destroying Hamel last month.
Plus it's in French so it's classy.

Hit of the Week

I am just taking a break from the Season Preview to send this shutout to Shane. This was the sweetest sight of week 1; Trent Green getting smacked on a borderline cheap hit. That bum did nothing for me last year and may not do too much for you this year too.
